How to make
Dice the pork and put it in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with the spices (excluding the salt and onions), pour on the white wine and leave it to marinade for at least 12 hours in the fridge.
The next day, stick them on the skewers, alternating between pieces of pork, bacon and a chili pepper here and there. Grill the prepared skewers on a highly heated grill, basting with the marinade periodically.
Put the grilled skewers in the bowl used for marinating, cover for 10 min. and leave them to smother. Serve the juicy skewers with a salad of your choice.
