  • water - 4 cups
  • corn flour - 1 cup

How to make

Combine the ingredients for the marinade without the cherry tomatoes. Clean the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and pour the marinade over them. Leave them covered while you prepare the polenta.

Bring the water with the salt to a boil, pour in the corn flour while stirring.

Lower the heat, add the butter and boil about 30 min, stirring regularly.
