  • mince - 21 oz (600 g), unseasoned
  • eggs - 1
  • bread - 1 slice
  • salt
  • black pepper

  • mushrooms - 1 jar pickled or 5 fresh
  • processed cheese - 3 oz (80 g)
  • peas - 1 handful
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)

How to make

Mix all of the ingredients for the mince and knead very well for at least 5-6 min. Leave the seasoned mince aside for 20-30 min.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into 3 or 4 and put them to boil. Fry the mushrooms in the butter.

Mash the potatoes finely and mix with the mushrooms, salt to taste. Lay out the mince on top of foil in the shape of a rectangle about 1/2″ (1.5 cm) thick.

Distribute the mashed potatoes with the mushrooms, peas, processed cheese and pickles evenly. Roll into a tight roll and place in an oiled tray. Bake for 20 min. at 430°F (220 °C).

Then take it out and grate cheese on top. Bake for another 10 min. and it is ready to eat.
