How to make
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and fry the stuffing for the omelette in it. Season with salt and black pepper.
Turn up the stove and add the whisked eggs. Stir well.
Then turn off the stove, cover with a lid and cook until the bottom part of the omelette turns brown. Flip the omelette over and sprinkle it with the grated cheese.
Then put the omelette to bake until the cheese melts.
