Ingredients

  • tuna - 7 oz (200 g), canned
  • tarragon - 1 tsp, chopped
  • green onions - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • green beans - 1 cup, boiled
  • tomatoes - 2
  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 cup (150 g)

How to make

Combine the tuna and green beans. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and eggs.

Mix everything well and divide into 4 servings. Put into 4 heat resistant bowls.

Sprinkle them with green onions, tarragon and bake 20 min. at 320°F (160°C).

Pour on a sauce made from the yoghurt and mayonnaise and serve warm.
