How to make
Knead the mince as if for meatballs. Leave it for 30 min. to season.
Oil a tray and form large balls from the mixture, while making a slight indentation in the middle of each.
Put the nests to bake for half an hour at 390°F (200°C).
Then whip the eggs and pour them in the indentations. If desired, you can put one whole egg in each nest.
Sprinkle cheese around them and put them to bake for about another 10 min.
