How to make
Wash the apples and without removing the crust and seeds, cut them up and put to boil until they soften.
Then pass them through a fine sieve. Dilute the starch in a small portion of the cooled liquid from the boiling.
Sweeten the remaining liquid with the sugar and put it to boil, then add the diluted starch. Stir until it comes to a boil and thickens.
After you remove it from the stove, make it sour with a little citric acid dissolved in water.
Distribute the sour apple cream in bowls and let it cool.
