How to make
Mix the mince with 2-3 eggs, the grated onions, the soaked and drained bread and the spices. Leave it for 1 hour in the fridge.
Lay the mince onto a towel that's been sprinkled with flour. In the middle, arrange the remaining boiled eggs and wrap the roll using the towel. Press it well so it doesn't open during baking.
Put it in an oiled tray, smear it with butter on top and put it to bake. Periodically, pour the sauce released during baking over it.
Cut the ready meatloaf into slices and serve it with a garnish of salad, mashed potatoes, boiled rice.
