Ingredients

  • veal - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • peppers - 1
  • onions - 1 small head
  • white wine - 1/2 cup, sweet
  • lard - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • paprika
  • bone broth
  • salt

How to make

Grate the onion, fry it in lard until yellow, add the diced meat.

Sprinkle with paprika, pour on a little broth and wine. Salt and saute.

In a little while, add the chopped pepper and saute until ready.
