How to make
Put the grated potatoes in salted boiling water and boil until semi soft.
Discard 2/3 of the water, add the flour, make a few openings in the flour with a spoon, cover with a lid and boil the potatoes on low heat until ready.
Stir the boiled potatoes with the flour until you get a smooth dough and scoop it using a spoon dipped in heated butter.
Form the skubanky and place them in a plate. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, heated butter and powdered sugar.
