Ingredients

  • vanilla biscuits - 12 oz (330 g)
  • espresso - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) coffee
  • nescafe - 3 tsp.
  • confectionery cream - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g) for rolling

How to make

The biscuits are crushed and the walnuts are coarsely chopped. Pour them into a large bowl and add the powdered sugar.

In a suitable container on the stove, place the coffee, instant coffee, the chocolate broken into pieces, the butter and the confectionery cream.

Leave the mixture on low heat on the stove until all the products have melted. You should get a smooth mixture, which is poured into the bowl with the biscuits and walnuts.

Mix all the products well. Cover the bowl with foil and leave it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to set and be able to be processed.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on baking paper, cling film or cellophane.

Place the biscuit mixture on the sugar, trying to give it the shape of a sweet salami.

Using your hands, shape the roll on the paper. If necessary, sprinkle more powdered sugar on top.

Wrap the sweet roll tightly with baking paper. Place it in the refrigerator for at least another 5-6 hours, so that the delicious biscuit roll can be cut well.
