  • fine oats - 6 oz (170 g)
  • cooked pumpkin - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • coconut shavings - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • brown sugar - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • butter - 3 fl oz (90 ml) melted
  • honey - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • chocolate chips - 0.7 oz (20 g)

How to make

For this recipe for pumpkin cookies with oats and chocolate chips, first cut the pumpkin into pieces, put them in boiling water and boil them, then puree them.

Pour the oats and pumpkin puree into a large bowl. Stir and leave it for half an hour. Then add the sugar, coconut shavings and flour.

Stir well and add the egg, honey, melted butter, baking powder and cinnamon. Knead the dough with your hands.

Prepare a wide tray and line it with baking paper. From the resulting dough, form balls with a spoon or with your hands and press them to make the cookies flat.

Try to make them approximately the same size. Put chocolate chips on each cookie and press them.

Bake the pumpkin cookies in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or until golden.
