Ingredients

  • cauliflower - 1 medium head
  • salt
  • corn flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • eggs - 3
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Wash and cut the cauliflower into slices, leaving part of the stem so that it does not fall apart. Blanch each slice in boiling water for a few minutes. Remove and let them drain from the water.

In a plate, mix the cornmeal, paprika and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

In another separate bowl, beat the eggs.

Sprinkle each cauliflower slice with salt, roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs and roll in flour again, then fry in heated oil.

Place the finished breaded cauliflower on kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat. Serve with garlic sauce or another sauce of your choice.
