Chop the onion and garlic finely and stew them in a little fat directly in the baking pan.
Add the minced meat to them. Stir until the minced meat turns white. Then add the diced potatoes and a little later the defrosted spinach.
The moussaka is seasoned with salt, black and paprika. Pour about half a teacup of water and bake in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
For the topping, beat the two eggs in a bowl along with the yogurt and two tablespoons of flour.
Pour it over the ready-made moussaka with spinach and return the baking pan into the oven for another ten minutes.
