Ingredients

  • fusilli pasta - 9 oz (250 g)
  • minced meat - 0.7 lb (300 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • canned tomatoes - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • for the topping
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • yogurt - 2 cups

How to make

Finely chop the onion and carrot. Fry them in hot fat.

Add the minced meat and once it's fried, add the tomatoes. Add the spices and remove from the heat.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Strain and pour it into a greased pan.

Add the minced meat and mix well. Beat the eggs along with the milk and pour the mixture over the products.

Bake at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 25 minutes.
