  • arugula - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • shrimp - 9 pieces, large and peeled
  • green onions - 1 stalk
  • gouda - 1 strip
  • croutons
  • cherry tomatoes - 3
  • garlic powder
  • FOR THE DRESSING
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil
  • white pepper
  • salt
  • soy sauce - optional

How to make

First, wash the arugula and dry it with kitchen paper. Put it in a suitable bowl or plate.

Wash and finely chop the green onion, adding it to the arugula.

Add the gouda, cutting it into small pieces, and then the cherry tomatoes. Mix the ingredients well.

Fry the shrimp in a pan with heated olive oil over moderate heat. Sprinkle them with a little garlic powder. They are ready when they turn orange.

As soon as the shrimp is ready, place it on top of the other products in the plate (bowl).

Make the salad dressing by mixing the lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, honey, white pepper and a little salt.

Stir until a homogeneous mixture and pour it over the shrimp salad.

Finally, add the croutons to the shrimp salad!
