Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1
  • potatoes - 2 medium
  • fresh dill
  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) feta
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper
  • eggs - 1
  • spelt flour - 1 tbsp. or white flour
  • egg whites - 1 pc.

  • oil - for frying
measures

How to make

The washed zucchini is grated on a large grater, sprinkled with a little salt and left for 10 minutes.

The peeled potatoes are cut into cubes and boiled until done.

Drain the zucchini and potatoes well from the water, mix in a bowl.

Add the egg, crumbled white cheese, 1 tbsp. flour, chopped dill, salt to taste and freshly ground black pepper.

Mix with a fork and form balls with your hands. If the mixture does not stick together and is thin, add a little more flour.

Beat 1 egg white in a bowl and pour half of the breadcrumbs into a plate.

Dip each patty first in the egg white, then the patty is rolled in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a pan, fry on both sides until golden and remove to a plate. Great for lunch or dinner. Deliciousness!
