How to make

Delicious stuffed baked potatoes with minced meat for young and old hungry people.

The potatoes are washed, pierced in several places with a fork and sprinkled with salt. Put them in a pan with a little water in it, cover them with aluminum foil and put them in the oven. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about an hour.

Place the minced pork in a bowl. An egg, a little savory herb, ground black pepper and half of the grated cheese are added to it, after which it is well mixed.

Baked potatoes are removed from the oven, caps are cut off from above and hollowed out. The carved part is crushed with a fork and added to the minced meat.

Drizzle the carved baked potatoes with a little oil and fill with the prepared mincemeat filling. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and return to the oven. Bake for another 20 minutes or until done.
