How to make
Wash the chicken legs, dry them with kitchen paper and place them in a deep bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, tomato paste, paprika, black pepper and pour the soy sauce, mix and leave for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
During this time, peel the new potatoes, cut them into round slices and boil them in salted water for 3 minutes.
Peel, wash and cut the onion into small cubes, fry for about 5 minutes in a pan with the oil.
Grease a baking tray with a little oil and place the potatoes, taking them out of the water with a slotted spoon and arranging them over the bottom of the tray.
Pour the fried onions over them in an even layer. Cut the tomatoes into slices and arrange them on top of the onions.
Arrange the marinated chicken legs on top of them and place the tray in a preheated 390°F (200°C) oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
Just before removing the tray from the oven, sprinkle with the grated cheese.
