Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
  • mascarpone - 9 oz (250 g)
  • apples - 2
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and salt until fluffy.

Mash the mascarpone cheese with a fork.

Add a few spoonfuls of the egg mixture to it, then transfer to the bowl with the rest of the mixture.

The flour is sifted, the baking powder and vanilla are added. The dry ingredients are mixed.

The apples are peeled, cleaned of seeds, cut into cubes and added to the dough.

Mix all the ingredients well and transfer to a pre-greased and floured cake pan.

The cake is baked in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes.
