How to make
Peel the cucumbers and cut them into pieces with medium thickness.
Peel the cloves of garlic and also cut them into circles. Combine them with the cucumbers, add the olives, chopped parsley and walnuts and the juice from 1 not very large lemon.
You can add torn iceberg or lettuce to the cucumber salad, but not a bigger quantity than the cucumbers, since the idea is that they are prevalent in the healthy salad.
You can add some cherry tomatoes too.
Pour olive oil, salt and stir. Serve the fresh salad straight away, so that the cucumbers are crunchy when consuming it.
