  • yellow cheese - 9 oz (250 g)

How to make

In a pie mold or a springform pan, add the dough and form a border on the sides.

With a fork, pierce the dough and place baking paper and place 1 kg of beans, lentils or rice. Bake the puff pastry until nicely browned, about 20 minutes.

Fry the bacon, which you previously cut into small pieces, in a pan. Add the mixture of scrambled eggs, cooking cream, season with black pepper and finally add the grated cheese for a few minutes on the stove.

When it starts to thicken, turn it off and pour it over the puff pastry.
