How to make

First prepare the walnut filling by putting the walnuts to boil in the already boiled milk with the sugar until they soften and you get a thick mixture.

Then take it off from the heat and mix it with the cinnamon and cocoa. Set it aside. From all the products for the dough, knead a medium soft dough - first activate the yeast in some of the water (warm) with some sugar. Let the dough rise for 40 minutes, then divide it into 3 balls.

Roll out each ball into a thin circular crust and cut out triangles - as if you were cutting a cake. At the base of each triangle, put some of the stuffing, wrap them up and arrange them some distance apart from each other in a tray with baking paper.

Leave them to rise again and put them to bake in a heated 390°F (200 °C) oven. You can smear the finished scones with sugar syrup or sprinkle them with powdered sugar while still warm.
