How to make
Soak the gelatin in the water to swell, and then melt it gently without warming it too much. Put the milk in a food processor and yoghurt and 1 cup (250 g) of pre-cleaned fruits.
Add the sugar and blend it to a smooth mixture. Mix the gelatin into the milk mixture. Distribute the cream into bowls or cups, while putting a few cleaned fruits in each cup.
Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
