How to make
First, make the pancakes in the usual way.
Then cut the chicken into medium thick pieces (but not too small) and fry them in oil.
Prepare the cream sauce by sauteing the mushrooms (finely chopped) in the cream for 5 minutes. Once everything is ready, put chicken on the pancakes.
Then add the sauce (as you like - on them, next to them), then wrap very carefully and serve.
