How to make
The turkey schnitzels are washed very well. They are tenderized in a bag on both sides.
Each schnitzel is sprinkled with salt on both sides and left for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
The pickles are cut into thin slices.
Cut the 3.5 oz (100 g) of cheese into thin pieces. Grate the remaining cheese on a fine grater.
After the schnitzels are taken out of the refrigerator, slices of pickles are arranged in each schnitzel and pieces of cheese are placed on top.
The schnitzel is rolled up and set in place with toothpicks.
Place in a baking pan.
The schnitzel rolls are poured with wine.
Spread oil over each one in the baking pan pan.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each schnitzel roll.
Bake in a preheated oven under foil for 60 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
Then the foil is removed.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each spindle.
Bake for 10 minutes on the upper rheotan at 390°F (200°C).
Turkey Spindle with White Wine is served with a side of grilled vegetables.
