How to make
Sesame tahini is added to the water, slightly warmed to body temperature and the yeast is crushed into them. Stir and leave it to activate.
The flour is sifted into a bowl and a well is made in the middle. Pour the activated yeast, the fat and the slightly beaten egg into it.
Knead a soft but non-sticky dough, adding salt and more flour during the kneading process so that it doesn't stick to your fingers and the kitchen counter. Try to achieve smoothness and elasticity of the dough by kneading for a longer time and not adding too much flour, so that it does not become hard.
Form it into a bread shape of your choice - round, oblong, fluffier or flatter.
Put it in a tray covered with baking paper and leave it to rise for about 1 hour in a warm room.
Sprinkle the bread with a little flour and large flaky salt and bake in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) until a golden crust is obtained - about 35 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack, slice and serve.
