You have to want to make these muffins and you'll definitely agree with me that these are some very mouth-watering savory muffins. They are easy to make and disappear quickly afterwards.
Beat 2 eggs and add a 1 cup of yogurt and 1 baking powder. Keep beating. Put about 1/2 cup of crumbled white cheese, a few slices of ham, fillet, sausage, cut into cubes.
Add 1/3 cup of oil. Mix everything and add 1 cup of fine oats and 1/2 cup of white flour.
You should get a thick cake batter. With a spoon, fill the molds that you have smeared with a little oil.
Bake the savory muffins at 360°F (180°C) until done. I don't add salt to the batter because there are enough salty ingredients. But if you use white cheese that is not salty, add a pinch of salt.
