How to make
The okra is cleaned and cut into halves. Use a small okra.
Fry in the oil briefly, add the onion, carrot and pepper and 50 ml of water. Stew. Add the tomatoes.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Add the paprika and flour. Then add the hot water and spices.
Boil for 25 minutes and add the chopped parsley before serving.
