Ingredients

  • bulgur - 1 cup
  • water - 2 cups
  • sugar - 8 tbsp.
  • milk - 27 fl oz (800 ml)
  • raisins - 7 oz (200 g)
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

First we pour bulgur into the boiling water.

After about 10 minutes, add the milk along with the sugar.

Add the raisins and leave the mixture to boil until done.

Serve the finished bulgur in bowls or cups and decorate with crushed walnuts on top.

The bulgur with milk and raisins is very tasty!
