How to make
We boil the potatoes, peel them and grate them while they are still warm, and the cheese as well. We stir.
Add yogurt, finely chopped onion, parsley and spices to the mixture. We stir again. We leave the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator. We beat the eggs.
We take from the mixture and form patties, dip them in the eggs, then roll them in the breadcrumbs and again in the eggs. Fry the potato patties until golden.
