How to make
Strain the beans from the water and season with salt, cumin and turmeric to taste.
Heat in the pan 1-2 tbsp. of oil or olive oil and stew the chopped onion.
Add the minced meat and after 15 minutes add the finely chopped garlic. After a few minutes, add the deseeded and diced red pepper and chili.
Finally add the chopped tomato. Season with salt and black pepper and stir.
Heat the tortillas in a greased grill pan.
Sprinkle grated cheddar on each tortilla, then add the meat filling. Roll into a tight roll and cut diagonally across the middle.
Sprinkle the burrito with the slightly beaten sour cream and finely chopped spring onions.
Serve warm.
