"Another one of my favorite Italian specialties - ricotta in the oven."

Ingredients

  • ricotta - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 6
  • sugar - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • lemon zest

How to make

Whip the eggs with the sugar well. Add the ricotta and grate the zest on.

Beat the mixture well once again. Pour it into a form. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C) for 30-40 minutes.
