How to make
The jalapeño peppers are washed, cut in half lengthwise and cleaned from the seeds and veins.
In a bowl, crush the clove of garlic with a little salt, the cream cheese, the grated hard cheese and the ground black pepper.
Mix the filling until it is a homogeneous mixture and fill each half of the pepper with it.
The jalapeño peppers are wrapped in a strip of bacon and arranged on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the stuffed hot peppers in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) until nicely browned.
