  • eggplant - 1
  • onions - 1
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • white pepper - ground
  • lemons - 2
  • oil - 1 cup
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 0.2 oz (5 g) ground
  • cumin - a pinch or other spices to your taste

How to make

Roast the eggplants and peppers.

Clean them from the skins. Blend them.

Fry the onion and garlic cloves in olive oil.
