How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the vanilla, milk and butter and beat again.
After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, add the cottage cheese and beat again.
Finally, add the sifted flour along with the baking powder and mix with a wooden or silicone spatula.
Save 1/3 of the blueberries (1/2 cup) for garnish.
Sprinkle the remaining blueberries with a little flour (about 1 tbsp.), beat them well and add them to the mixture and mix.
Pour the resulting mixture into a rectangular mold with a removable bottom, previously lined with kitchen paper.
On top of the fruit cake, spread the blueberries that we have set aside.
Bake an appetizing cake with blueberries and cottage cheese at 340°F (170°C) for about 30-40 minutes.
Serve the blueberry cake chilled and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
