"We`re going to share with you a warm pita with corn flour because you`re our friends!"

Ingredients

  • corn flour - 2 cups, fine
  • flour - 1 cup white
  • eggs - 4
  • oil - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) crumbled, optional
  • savory - 1 tsp, dry, optional
measures

How to make

Mix the baking soda with the yoghurt until effervescent and add them to the eggs, oil and salt to taste. Add the corn and white flour and mix well.

Optionally, mix with some crumbled feta cheese and savory and pour the mixture into a greased tray. Put it to bake in a moderately heated oven until it increases in volume nicely and catches a crust.
