In a pot with oil and a glass of water, sauté the finely chopped onion and grated carrot until tender. Add the tomato juice and spices, then the finely chopped pickles and olives a little later.
Boil on low heat until the sauce thickens. Boil the pasta as directed on the package, drain and mix it with the prepared sauce.
Serve each portion with grated cheese on top. From these products, you get 4 servings.
