Ingredients

  • flour
  • eggs - 1
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • oil - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • baking soda - 1 1/2 tsp
  • oranges - 1 tablespoon, zest
  • jam - from oranges, apricots (or other yellow - orange jam)

How to make

Mix the egg with the oil, baking soda, orange peel and wine and start adding the sifted flour. Knead a soft dough, roll it out and shape it into rectangles, strips or circles as desired.

In the middles, put a little apricot jam and roll them up well and carefully. Arrange them in a greased tray and bake until lightly tanned in a moderate oven.

If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
