"Light, delicious and healthy - prawn dish with black rice, which we can only recommend!"

Ingredients

  • king prawns - 1.1 lb (500 g) blanched
  • imperial rice - 9 oz (250 g) black
  • himalayan salt
  • mixed hers and salt - freshly ground
  • oil - 1 tbsp. for the wok
  • sweet chili sauce
measures

How to make

First, wash the imperial rice, add the salt and black pepper, stir and let it boil over high heat, but after boiling, immediately reduce it to low heat and cook under the lid for at least 15 minutes or until it absorbs all the liquid.

While you wait for the rice to be cooked, clean the prawns.

I cut them into halves if they are very large. If you use smaller ones, you don't need to cut them.

Heat the oil in a wok pan.

Pour the prawns and leave them for a few minutes, stirring constantly so that they do not burn. Keep in mind that blanched prawns do not need long heat treatment.

Form a base of boiled rice on the plates and spread the cooked prawns on it.

Add the sweet chili sauce if desired.

King prawns on an imperial rice canape are perfectly combined with chilled white dry wine. Enjoy a romantic dinner :)

Enjoy your meal!
