How to make
Clean the petals from the blueberries. Wash them very carefully, so that you don't remove the juice. Put them in a suitable cooking vessel and boil them lightly over low heat.
Add the sugar along with the gelatin mixture. Boil for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool.
Fill dry jars, close tightly with lids and boil for 5-6 minutes, because of the lid.
Very easy blueberry jam to make. Jelly consistency and amazing aroma!
The aromatic blueberry jam is ready.
