"A dangerously delicious cream named after a woman."

Ingredients

  • gelatin - 2 packs
  • sugar - to taste
  • fruits - peaches, apricots, bananas
  • yoghurt - 3 1/3 cups (800 g)
  • milk - 1/3 cup (90 ml)

How to make

Pour the yoghurt and fruits into a large bowl. Put the gelatin to swell and melt it over low heat / caramelize the sugar and dilute it with a little milk to make a light caramel.

Add the caramel to the milk and fruits and stir, and then add the gelatin in. Pour the cream into bowls and leave it for several hours in a refrigerator.
