  • coffee liqueur - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • cocoa liquor - 2 tbsp (30 ml) “Creme de Cacao”
  • vodka - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • hazelnut liqueur - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • baileys - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • liquid cream - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml) sweet
  • amaretto - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • carob - a pinch
  • ice - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Before you make the winter cocktail, make sure that you have ice for this cocktail.

Put ice in a shaker, first pour sweet liquid cream, then Baileys, then Amaretto. Now add the coffee liqueur, cocoa liqueur and hazelnut liqueur. Finally, vodka is added.

Shake in a shaker for about 30 seconds.

Prepare tall, narrow glasses and pour the After Eight cocktail into the glasses with ice, then sprinkle with some carob.
