Cut the potatoes and grate the cheese. Arrange a row of potatoes, cheese, parsley on top of each other in layers. Add some milk. Beat the eggs with some of the remaining milk, add salt, pepper, savory and pour it over the gratin.
Sprinkle it with basil, put 4-5 pats of butter and the oil. Bake for 1 hour at 390°F (200 °C).
