How to make
Place 2 cups (500 ml) of milk in a pot on the stove. It is added to milk and butter. Wait for the mixture to boil and then leave the stove on low heat.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with a mixer until white. Add the starch, natural cocoa and granulated sugar and finally add the other part of the milk, about 3.4 fl oz (100 ml). And beat again with a mixer.
The resulting mixture is added to the boiling milk, by stirring constantly. As soon as the milk begins to boil, the mixture is removed from the heat.
The pot is placed in a container of cold water, the chocolate is broken into small pieces and placed in the mixture, stirring periodically until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Allow it to cool completely. Pour the mixture into an ice cream box or another suitable one with a lid and put it in the freezer for a day.
In ice cream bowls, two butter biscuits are crushed at the bottom. Place scoops of the chocolate ice cream over them.
The ice cream sundae is decorated with thinly sliced nectarines and a topping of your choice.
