How to make
Peel the onion, carrot and garlic. Place them in a food processor along with the pepper and celery. Cut into small pieces.
Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and briefly fry the meat, cut into pieces. When it changes color, add the vegetables. Add the potatoes, peeled, washed and cut into large pieces.
Wait a few minutes and add the paprika and tomato puree. Add water and reduce the heat. Cook until all are ready.
Put the flour in a bowl and pour some water.
Mix with a wire whisk until the mixture is lump free. Pour it into the stew and thicken it.
Leave it on the stove for another 5 minutes and turn it off.
Serve the turkey breast with potatoes in deep plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
