How to make
Stew the mushrooms in the heated oil. Add the minced meat and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Roll out the dough and stretch it out to make a thin crust.
In a greased baking pan, lined with baking paper, place the puff pastry.
Pull and roll the ends. Pour the filling and spread it evenly. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the filling.
Place the baking pan in a preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package.
Take out the baking pan, sprinkle generously with grated cheese, pipe out swirls from the puree.
Place the baking pan into the oven and finish baking the savory tart briefly until golden. Serve warm.
