Boil the tortellini according to the instructions on the package. Remove them from the water and put them on a plate.
Put a few spoons of pesto, grate parmesan cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil.
*If you wish, you can make the pesto at home. You need fresh basil, parmesan, olive oil and pine nuts.
Toast the nuts in a dry pan. Put everything in the bowl of a blender or food processor and blend.
The tortellini with pesto are ready.
