Ingredients

  • macaroni - 9 oz (250 g) durum wheat
  • carrots - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cooking cream - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • cream cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water. Follow the time indication on the package. Once they are ready, strain them well.

The carrots are peeled and washed. They are boiled cut into pieces.

We put them in a blender along with the pre-boiled cooking cream. If you don't have a blender, use a liquidizer.

Grate the cheese and add half the amount, along with the cream cheese, to the carrot mixture. Mix well. Season it with black pepper and salt (optional).

Add the mixture to the boiled macaroni.

Distribute the dish in small heat-resistant bowls and on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and bake the macaroni in the oven for a few minutes.
