How to make
Boil the pasta and strain it.
Crush the garlic and stew it in a deep pan with olive oil for 1 minute.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and add it to the pan. Stew for 4-5 minutes.
Peel the tomatoes, cut them and add them to the chicken.
Add the tomato puree. Cook until thickened. Add the black pepper, salt, curry and basil, stir and set aside.
Spread the macaroni in a greased baking pan and smooth it out.
Pour the mixture with the chicken on top.
Beat the eggs, add the mozzarella, yogurt, a little salt and pour the pastitsio with chicken evenly.
Bake the pastitsio at 390°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
